Bross goes Bruntsfield

A down at heel Edinburgh suburb could be given a major economic boost in October as a little piece of Leith, Bross Bagels® opens its doors for the hungry residents of Bruntsfield.
Mama Bross, entrepreneur, raconteur and culinary philanthropist said; “It is rumoured the good people of Bruntsfield and Morningside have been forced to forage their luncheon meats from mass produced eateries including M&S, Tesco Metro and Sainsbury’s Local. That’s all about to change with the arrival of our authentic Montreal bagels.”
It is thought that share prices of the big players is about to dive with persistent rumours of the arrival of Bross Bagels next month. News of the Bruntsfield shop opening also featured in Scottish Field, the story was also covered in Edinburgh Live, where Bross Bagels is described as an “Edinburgh Institution”!
Mama Bross was recently recognised in The Scottish Women’s Awards, where she was recognised with the Highly Commended Recognition Award.
